Accountable is a fitness accountability platform that helps individuals and communities track activities, participate in challenges, and work towards health and fitness goals.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: Use the platform for unlawful purposes. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts or data. Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content. Interfere with the operation or security of the platform. Accountable reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Accountable, including profile information, photos, messages, and activity records. By using the platform, you grant Accountable permission to display and process that content as required to provide the service.

5. Service Availability

Accountable is provided on an "as available" basis. While we aim to provide a reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Accountable provides tools for tracking activities and participating in fitness challenges. The platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should seek professional medical advice before commencing any exercise or health programme.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accountable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Challenge Terms

By joining a challenge, you agree that your name, profile photo, activity count, distance totals, and challenge progress may be visible to other members of that challenge. Detailed Strava activity data, including routes, maps, heart rate, and private activity information, will not be shared with other users
